Digital Marketing Funnel
Introduction:
We all Are Very Familiar With Funnel. In Other Words, We all Are Going Through Funnels Daily. You May Wonder, How?
A Funnel Is Classified in Three Parts
1. Awareness(Top Of The Funnel)
2. Evaluation(Middle Of The Funnel)
3. Conversion(Bottom Of The Funnel)
There Is a Funnel inside Each and Every Activity That We Are Doing.
For Example: When We See a Facebook Post,
1.Awareness (We will watch it carefully or Read It Carefully)
2. Evaluation (You Will Evaluate The Post, Whether I want To Like it or Comment It or Share It)
3. Conversion (you Really Like The Post and Shared The Post).
This is a Normal Example Of Funnel
What is Customer Funnel?
For Running a Marketing Campaign You Should Know The Customer Journey. We will Take a Super Market as Example :
1.Awareness (A Person Comes To Buy Something)
2. Evaluation (He/She Find The Product and Evaluate The Products Quality, Quantity, Prize, Offer, Discount.)
3. Conversion (He/She Paid the Price and Bought The Product.)
Here The Customer passed through All The Three Funnel.
Whereas In Digital Marketing The Funnel Is Little Different
We Can Take Any Online Store As An Example :
1. Exposure (A Person Visit The Store and Sign Up)
2. Discovery (Searching by Category, Find His/Her Product)
3. Consideration (Checked The Review and Satisfied With The Price and Discount, And Added to Cart.)
4. Conversion (Checked Out For Payment. He Or She Choose The Payment Method.)
5. Customer RelationShip (After Few Days The Product Got Delivered.
The Customer Got a Thank You Message From The Store.)
6.Retention (Now He Or She Become Their customer. As The Customer Logged In To Their Store, They Have The Customer's Contact Details Of That Customer It Will Be Easy To Send All promotional Message To The Customer.)
This Is The Reson, Why The digital Marketing So Important Than Traditional Marketing. Digital Marketing is very much Customer Centric. In Digital Marketing Both Customer And The Marketer Gets Benefits. The Marketer Can Analyse The Marketing Efforts For each and every Part Of The Funnel And He Can Run Ads For Every Part Separate.
